Ninja Hobbit!

Hello there! Herein lies my first attempt at posting an entry on livejournal. It took a while I know but here I am. I have been basically existing at home for the past couple of months, not really knowing what to do with my life and mostly reading. Extremely boring, but it had to be done. Its so difficult to decide what to do! But things are starting to move again. I got a job at a company that gives English courses to buisenessmen, and also translates stuff, and they've promised to give my number to any confused moms who phone up and ask whether they have courses for children... I also am finally translating my C.V. into Spanish, which I had been putting off for ages, so now all I have to do is have a folder with a batch of them in my bag and drop them off places. My vague plan seems to be to stay in Caracas for the next year or so, putting lots of impressive jobtitles on my c.v., which is easy to do fairly quickly over here, due to the amazing brain drain caused by people leaving. But I dont want my children to grow up here. This place is so messed up it's unbelievable, and everyone is incredibly bitter. I went by the orphanage I used to work at whn I lived here last time. It used to be run by lots of the private schools pitching in together and they had a theatre group and an orchestra and if they caught up a little with reading they were allowed to go to normal school during the day... I dont know what its like in there now, but theyve doubled the height of the wall... it looks like the prison... I really wonder whats going on in there. On the other hand it is warm which means many people in the street can be scantilly dressed... mmmmmmmm... naked. SO its not all bad. Ok, thats all for now, I guess, as this is just a test....
